This site is currently a platform that has outgrown it's original purpose. As a photographer and filmmaker it has become increasingly difficult to hightlight my various modes of working in this one venue. I image a redesign will be in the near future. In the meantime, please let me introduce you to myself and my work, to help you make some sense of who and I am and the images contained within these digital "pages.". I am currently a graduate student at Duke University working towards a MFA in Experimental and Documentary Arts. Before arriving at this chapter in life I earned a BFA in Art Education from UNC-Greensboro, co-founded a print and audio publishing company (Slave Magazine), as well as co-founded the annual independent music festivalGreensboroFest. For eight years I was a full time faculty as instructor of photography and multimedia production at Randolph Community College and a freelance portrait photographer. I have spent quite a few years studying Mandarian Chinese and travelling to China. The highlight of each year is organizing and leading photography exploration tours to China for young photographers looking to expand their cultural knowledge and portfolios.
If you would like to make a booking for your photographic or video event please, or inquire about arranging a group tour to China, use the email link to the right. I hope to provide you with the best images possible for your unique project.
Please visit the gallery and links above for examples of my photographic and video work.
